The Directorate of Civil Aviation of Aruba (“Directie Luchtvaart Aruba”). The register can record the name of the owner or the name of the operator, provided these are an Aruban legal entity or natural person. This is a nationality registration.

There is a separate title registry for aircrafts with a certain minimum, maximum starting weight.

Cape Town Convention updates: Singapore, Cuba, Tanzania & China

The status lists for the Cape Town Convention and Aircraft Protocol have been updated to take account of the deposit of instruments by the Republic of Singapore and the Republic Cuba on 28 January 2009.  United Republic of Tanzania on 30 January 2009People’s Republic of China on 3 February 2009.The updated lists are available via the following links:

The Republic of Kazakhstan joins the Cape Town Convention
